Saul Bass

I cant believe i have never heard of Saul Bass before, I love his work and will definitely be looking into his work allot more it the future. I love this poster and identity for the 1956 film, the man with the golden arm which was an animated paper cut-out of a heroin addicts arm. I love the simplicity and composition of this piece I think it really stands out and it certainly made me want to know more about Saul Bass's work. I love the fact that he has only used black and white to create the poster I think it makes it a really strong image. Although it has left me wanting to look more at some of his more colourful work.
